Okay, back to Sports Illustrated's January 14 issue.  Of course, it is my farovorite sidebar:  Sign of the Apocalypse.

 

"Red Sox first baseman Kevin Youkilis is marketing an energy drink calle Slump Buster, balllplayer slang for an unattractive groupie."

 

After the Mitchell Report, I can't help but wonder what's in the "Slump Buster."  There seems a lot more talk about testing than really testing.  What's the scoop here?  You have to lie with a poker face to a grand jury before someone gives you a drug test?   And I'm not even going to address the issue of the "unattractive groupie".  After all, who's really selling out for a buck here?
